Sample Negotiation Script
"Guys! We'll be working on [specific topic] for about [duration]. After that we will have a 5-minute break then move on to our Storytelling Activity. This will last until 10:45 AM, then you guys will have another 15 minutes to play badminton. How do you guys think about this?"
Be specific in the activity that you will do at a certain time. Use play badminton instead of play sports in general, in case you are not able to provide them enough equipments.
